AVAILABILITIES AND RATES
Chalet Philomena is open all year round for rental.
In high season (summer / winter) arrivals / departures are only on Saturdays.
In low season arrivals / departures are made on any day of the week.
The rates below do not take into account the tourist tax (€1.31/adult/night).
All payments by bank transfer.
Securtity deposit : €2,000 (click to see "terms and conditions' deposit")
No week is blocked or guaranteed until the vacationer has signed the rental contract and paid the reservation deposit.

Cottage Rules
The maximum number of authorized guests is 12 people, including a maximum of 11 adults.
The chalet is non-smoking and pets are prohibited as well as fireworks.
Parties and special events such as wedding, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, etc. are not authorized.
