Rules of the chalet

The Philomena chalet is open all year round for rental from Saturday to Saturday (from Sunday to Sunday exceptionally according to the calendar). The maximum number of authorized guests is 12 people, including a maximum of 10 adults. The chalet is non-smoking. Parties and special events such as birthdays, EVG, EVJF, etc. are not authorized. The configuration of the chalet does not allow pets to be accommodated. ​

 

Arrival time : daily from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. ​

 

Departure time: before 10:00 a.m. (key box is needed)

Terms of booking / Down payments

 

For bookings made more than 12 weeks before the start of a stay

20% due at the time of booking.

40% due 12 weeks before arrival.

Residual amount due 8 weeks before arrival.

For bookings made less than 12 weeks before the start of a stay

60% due at the time of booking.

Residual amount due 8 weeks before arrival.

For bookings less than 8 weeks before the start of a stay

100% due at the time of booking.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellation by the Holidaymaker within six months or more preceding the start of the stay will not result in any cancellation fees.

 In the event of cancellation by the holidaymaker within a period of six months to 8 weeks before the start of the stay, the payments already made for this reservation will be retained.

 In the event of cancellation by the holidaymaker less than 8 weeks before the start of the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be retained by the Owner.​

- 6-seater Can-Am 4x4 vehicle (see photos), chained in winter, made available (at no additional financial cost, except fuel) to holidaymakers who do not have a 4x4 to drive up to the chalet for a deposit of €2,500 (winter) or €1500 (summer). Any possible unavailability of the Can-Am at the arrival of vacationers, for any reason whatsoever (breakdown, repair, etc.) cannot result in any discount on the rental price of the chalet.
